1. Shipping Coverage

    We currently ship across all major cities and regions in Pakistan.

  • 1.2. Excluded Areas:
    Some remote or restricted regions may not be serviceable; if we cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


2. Order Processing Time

  • 2.1. Processing Timeframe:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • 2.2. Business Days:
    Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • 2.3. Delays:
    During peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions), processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Methods and Fees

  • 3.1. Courier Partners:
    We partner with reputable courier services (such as TCS, Leopard, M&P) to ensure reliable delivery.

  • 3.2. Shipping Fees:

    • Standard Shipping: PKR 250 (flat rate) nationwide.

    • Free Shipping: Orders over PKR 5,000 qualify for free shipping.

  • 3.3. Cash on Delivery (COD):
    COD is available on most orders but may carry an additional PKR 100 service fee.


4. Delivery Timeframes

  • 4.1. Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Major cities: 2–4 business days.

    • Other regions: 3–7 business days.

  • 4.2. Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp to monitor delivery progress.


5. Delivery Issues

  • 5.1. Delayed Delivery:

  • 5.2. Incorrect Address:
    We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • 5.3. Failed Delivery Attempts:
    If the courier makes multiple failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us, and re-delivery fees may apply.

  • 5.4. Lost or Damaged Packages:
    We take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages caused by the courier. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery issues.


6. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • 6.1. Current Limitations:
    At this time, Time Sphere does not offer international shipping.

  • 6.2. Future Plans:
    We plan to expand to international markets in the near future — stay tuned for updates.
