Cancellation Policy

Submit a request through our Contact page as soon as possible, including your order number and the reason for cancellation. A request is not a confirmed cancellation until HandChoice confirms it.

Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its current status, whether payment has been confirmed, stock reservation and whether personalisation or preparation has begun. Personalised or customised orders may be ineligible for cancellation once work has started, subject to applicable law.

If an order cannot be cancelled, you may still contact us if it has arrived broken, damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or materially different from the order. Those requests are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Any refund that is due after an accepted cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment arrangement used for the order. We do not state a fixed refund-processing time until a verified refund workflow is available.
