Service providers and technology
We currently use Supabase for application, authentication and data services; Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect enquiry forms from abuse; Resend for configured enquiry-email delivery; and hosting infrastructure to deliver the website. Payment and shipping providers will be used only when and if they are enabled for the relevant service. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to HandChoice.
Personalisation photos
Photos uploaded for personalisation are handled through private storage and are made available only through controlled access needed for the applicable order, support or service operation. Please upload only content that you are entitled to use and share.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including fulfilment, support, security, record keeping and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of applicable personal information, or ask questions about this policy, through our Contact page. Customers may also submit grievances or complaints through that form; HandChoice will review the query and work to resolve it. Some information may need to be retained where required for orders, disputes, security or legal obligations.
