Serviceability
Before adding a product to cart and again during checkout, HandChoice checks the destination PIN code against the available delivery service. A PIN code may be serviceable for one product or delivery type but not another.
Available delivery methods
The methods, charges and descriptions shown at checkout are the current options for the selected cart and PIN code. Availability can depend on product eligibility, stock, delivery-method availability and relevant cut-offs. We do not promise a universal delivery time or charge.
Same-day delivery
Same-day delivery is available only for eligible products and PIN codes where the website confirms it. It is not available for every product or destination.
Delivery details
Please provide complete and accurate recipient and address details. If we need clarification or cannot complete delivery using the supplied details, support may need to contact you. The website does not currently offer customer-selected scheduled delivery dates or time slots.
Order status and payment
An order recorded with pending payment is not confirmation that payment has been received or that fulfilment has begun. Payment arrangements and order handling remain subject to confirmation by HandChoice.
