Product images, descriptions, prices and availability may change. We aim to present products accurately, but reasonable variations in colour, presentation and availability may occur. An order is subject to stock availability and acceptance by HandChoice.
Pricing and payment
Prices and applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout. The current checkout may record an order as pending payment; submitting an order does not itself confirm that payment has been received. Payment methods and instructions are available only when enabled or separately confirmed by HandChoice.
Personalisation and customer content
- Personalisation is available only for products that show those options.
- You are responsible for reviewing names, messages, dates and other personalisation details before placing an order.
- You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and any necessary consent to upload photos or other content, and that it is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.
Delivery and serviceability
Delivery availability depends on the destination PIN code, product eligibility, stock, delivery-method availability and applicable cut-offs. Same-day delivery is available only where the website confirms it for the selected cart and PIN code. The website does not currently provide a customer-selected scheduled delivery date or time slot.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Cancellation requests are handled through customer support and are subject to order status and applicable law. Corporate enquiries
A corporate-gifting enquiry is not an accepted order or quotation. Product selection, quantities, branding, fulfilment, delivery arrangements, pricing and any invoicing requirements are subject to separate confirmation by HandChoice.
